Job Summary: Leve Saúde is seeking a professional to handle medical service billing, eligibility analysis, claim follow-up, and bank reconciliation, while contributing to improvements in financial processes. Here, we believe in collaboration, dialogue, and the power of doing things differently. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process billing for medical services, exams, and procedures performed at our own clinics; * Validate procedures according to current fee schedules (TUSS, CBHPM, proprietary or contractual tables); * Analyze eligibility, authorizations, and contractual rules of health insurance providers; * Generate and transmit files in TISS standard format; * Monitor and resolve claim denials, filing appeals when necessary; * Maintain communication with reception, clinical services, finance, and medical auditing departments; * Issue service invoices (NFS\-e) for the Health Plan Operator; * Record and verify physician reimbursement invoices in the system; * Perform bank reconciliation, ensuring correct classification of banking transactions in the system. * Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting teams on month-end closing and audit routines. * Support standardization and improvement of financial processes, pursuing efficiency and control. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school; undergraduate studies preferred; * Prior experience in medical billing and medical claims auditing is desirable; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * ERP system knowledge is desirable — preferably Tasy (Philips). * Organized, committed, proactive, and analytical profile, with strong communication skills and sense of priority.
