Focus on tax calculation and accounting classification **TAX ASSISTANT** Permanent Position **Salary**: R$2\.958,23 **Benefits:** VT (Transportation Voucher), Meal or Food Allowance of R$ 19.00 per working day \+ Group Life Insurance \+ Porto Seguro Medical Assistance with 20% or 30% co-payment \+ Dental Assistance and food basket; **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:18 **Location:** DUQUE DE CAXIAS \- CHÁCARAS RIO\-PETRÓPOLIS **Professional Responsibilities**: Invoice entry and verification in an automated system; effective communication with other company departments to ensure accuracy of information; verification of tax ledgers and tax legislation; accounting classification; tax closings; resolution of pending issues; organization of company accounting documentation; calculation of federal, state, and municipal taxes, withholding taxes, and tax substitution; XML file control; client issue resolution; accounting classification and posting; issuance of federal, state, and municipal certificates; and other departmental routines. **Candidate Profile**: Minimum 2 years of prior experience in Tax \- Accounting area; knowledge of tax routines related to invoice entry and exit; ability to conduct weekly consultations with the company and Government Portals; strong analytical skills and attention to detail; knowledge of Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional legislation; knowledge of taxes and withholdings; agility in performing daily tasks; commitment to deadlines and work quality; proficiency in TOTVS Protheus system; Intermediate Excel skills; currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting Sciences. **Requirements**: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Experience: 2 years Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Up to R$2\.958,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
