Efficiency, organization, and attention to product quality ? **Position: Fishmonger** We are seeking an **experienced Fishmonger** to work at the central fish market of a renowned restaurant chain in Rio de Janeiro's South Zone. ? **Work Location:** Copacabana – RJ ? **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM ? **Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off per week (including 1 Sunday off per month) ? **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a fishmonger * Knowledge of fish cutting, cleaning, and preparation * Efficiency, organization, and attention to product quality ? **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience handling high-volume production * Background working in large-scale restaurants or fish markets
