Main Responsibilities * Inspect and organize equipment before starting operations * Prepare production according to the sector head's instructions * Portion food appropriately * Label products with identification and expiration dates * Prepare maki rolls * Restock ingredients requested by the sushi chefs * Provide direct support to the sushi chef in dish preparation * Perform food preservation routines * Maintain sector and utensil organization and sanitation ✅ Requirements * Easy access to Tijuca (availability to work closing shift is required) * Commitment, organization, and teamwork Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.618,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
