Guaracamp offers positions for people with disabilities, in accordance with Article 93 of Law No. 8.213/91 and Articles 3 and 4 of Decree No. 3.298/99. **JOB OBJECTIVE**: **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support production line preparation: organize necessary materials and supplies for operations. * Perform low-complexity, standardized tasks: such as material handling, line feeding, and movement of finished products. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace: following 5S practices and safety requirements. * Be responsible for product assembly and packaging: following specific instructions and established quality standards. * Strictly follow safety procedures and PPE usage: ensuring compliance with company regulations. * Report any deviations affecting Quality and Safety to the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** High School Diploma **Desired experience (in the field):** No prior experience or minimal production experience. **Skills:** * Attention to detail, organization, and agility; * Ability to follow instructions and discipline in complying with quality and safety standards; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Ability to identify and report issues; **BENEFITS:** **Dental assistance** **On-site meal** **Life insurance** **Transportation allowance** **Basic food basket** **WORK LOCATION: Campo Grande
