Development of innovative solutions for challenges **Description:** The Engineering Department's objective within the institution is to provide all members and visitors with access to safe, comfortable, and functional temples and buildings. To achieve this objective, Engineering is divided into two operational areas: Construction and Renovations. Within this framework, Engineering activities span from conceptualization and development of projects to property maintenance, including construction, renovation, and maintenance oversight and inspection. **Responsibilities:** Develop and implement architectural projects, ensuring creativity, functionality, and technical feasibility. Supervise construction sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and execution quality. Prepare preliminary studies and present innovative solution proposals for identified challenges. Conduct technical inspections on construction sites, identifying potential improvements and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proven experience with AutoCAD and Revit software. Solid knowledge of construction and safety technical standards. Dynamic, proactive, resilient, and organized profile, capable of working efficiently in multidisciplinary teams. Experience in construction site supervision. Driver's license minimum category B. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Excel.
