Job Purpose Responsible for managing and delivering innovative HSES programs and initiatives, aligned with the company’s vision of creating an incident\-free workplace. Job Description * Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of safety programs, aligned with HSES strategy and objectives. * Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget. * Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them as needed to the Senior HSES Program Manager and other stakeholders. * Coordinate and communicate with HSES Business Partners, HSES Consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and integration of programs across business units and regions. * Facilitate and support training, coaching, and mentoring of HSES leaders and frontline workers in safety programs, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and tools to implement and sustain the programs. * Monitor and measure program performance and impact using appropriate metrics and indicators, and report progress and results to the Senior HSES Program Manager and other stakeholders. * Identify and implement best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities for programs, ensuring alignment with HSES standards and expectations. * Contribute to the development and strengthening of HSES culture, values, and behaviors throughout the organization, in collaboration with HSES Business Partners, HSES Consultants, and other stakeholders.
