Job Summary: Support the development and maintenance of the product portfolio by structuring packages, rates, and blocks to ensure organized and competitive offerings. Key Highlights: 1. Constant alignment with Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams You will be responsible for supporting the company’s product portfolio development and maintenance by structuring packages, rates, and blocks, ensuring our offerings are organized, competitive, and ready for sale. Main Responsibilities * Assembling **tour packages** (itineraries, services, pricing composition) * Organizing and managing **air, hotel, and ground blocks** * Contacting hotels, suppliers, and partners to negotiate rates * Updating product spreadsheets and rate tables * Supporting the creation of product descriptions for commercial use * Constant alignment with Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams * Monitoring deadlines, allotments, and sales conditions Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields** * Experience in **tour package and tourism product assembly** * Experience with **blocks (air and/or hotel)** * Experience with **back-office system loading and maintenance (SIATUR)** * SIATUR operation, including: * Adding and modifying hotels * Synchronizing and desynchronizing cities and hotels * Supporting Products and Events through rate and service registration * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) * Supplier negotiation capability * **Spanish required** (reading, writing, and communication) * Knowledge of the inbound tourism market is a plus Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience assembling tour packages?
