A national HR solutions company focused on recruitment and selection across all levels and sectors, operating in multiple Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Assist in supplier research, qualification, and development. Support price, delivery schedule, and commercial terms negotiation. Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process, from request to product or service delivery. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure compliance with agreed terms. Maintain updated purchase and supplier records and databases. Conduct external purchases when necessary. Contribute to the optimization of procurement department processes. Support cost analysis and expense reduction initiatives. Purchase order issuance and control. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Analyst, Logistics Assistant, or Procurement Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
