International experience (Europe/Latin America) is desirable. * Languages: Fluent Spanish (essential) + advanced English (for international interactions); fluent Portuguese is highly desirable Tools: Advanced Excel; experience with Personio and familiarity with ADP Celergo are pluses Work Schedule: Hybrid work model and hours, preferably 3 days/week in the office; Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM — 8 hours/day (administrative hours), with some flexibility within legal limits.
