Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as an** **ENGINEERING COORDINATOR** **are:** Act as the primary agent for implementing the pedagogical proposal of our educational institutions, facilitating the learning process and fulfilling the entire course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—and continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; Properly utilize available teaching materials and encourage students to consult discipline-related books and periodicals available in the library, contributing to critical and reflective learning; Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as requests from the respective course coordinator; Record attendance, lesson content, academic activity results, and other curriculum-related information in the electronic gradebook within the timeframe defined in the academic calendar; Contribute to preparatory actions for the ENADE exam; Guide students on their final course projects; Apply active methodologies and flipped classroom approaches in delivering lessons. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or specialization required; Strong communication skills, ability to engage with students, adaptability, and flexibility; Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject; Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; A current Lattes CV is mandatory—this is one of the elimination criteria. **Additional Information** Work Location: Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with flexible options between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. **At YDUQS, you’ll find:** * **Study scholarships** of up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and extended family members (parents, siblings).
