Job Summary: Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and networks, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and control of equipment, systems, and data. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and networks 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment 3. Management of operating systems, applications, and information security Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and networks) Install and configure computers, printers, and peripherals Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment Assist in the administration of local area networks (LAN), internet, and Wi\-Fi Install, update, and configure operating systems and applications Control and organize equipment and software inventory Support access management, user accounts, and permissions Monitor system operations and identify potential failures Perform data backups and support information security Document technical procedures and support activities performed Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP and Wi\-Fi routers) Installation and configuration of corporate software and applications Hardware maintenance (assembly, diagnosis, and component replacement) Peripheral support (printers, scanners) Basic information security concepts (backups, antivirus, access control) Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite Basic understanding of helpdesk ticketing systems (Ticketing Dashboard) Strong communication skills for user support Practical and efficient problem-solving ability Organization and management of concurrent tasks Logical reasoning and attention to detail Proactive identification and resolution of issues Ability to work collaboratively in a team Time and priority management Capacity for continuous learning Professional and ethical conduct when handling information Patience and empathy in user support Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality Interest in technology and ongoing professional development Responsibility and care for company equipment Discretion in handling sensitive data Flexibility to manage diverse requests and departments Initiative to propose improvements to IT processes and punctuality.
