Elmoula Development Partners is seeking a motivated **Accountant** to join our team. You’ll handle key financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to strategic business decisions. If you love working with numbers, improving processes, and making an impact, this is the role for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy. * Prepare financial statements, reports, and monthly closings. * Manage accounts payable and receivable, and monitor cash flow. * Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations and reporting requirements. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Support audits and liaise with external accountants as needed. * Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize efficiency. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 2\+ years of accounting experience (general ledger, financial reporting). * Knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards and tax regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Totvs, SAP, QuickBooks). * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and organizational abilities. * Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. **Why Work With Us** At Elmoula Development Partners, we value our employees and invest in their growth.
