Job Summary: Clinicorp is seeking a Software Engineer for the Import & Export squad, focused on architecture and large-volume data processing for customer migration. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in architecture and processing of large volumes of data 2. Designing and implementing complex solutions while ensuring performance and scalability 3. Conducting code reviews and mentoring less experienced developers Clinicorp is a company with its own SaaS software — like Netflix and Spotify, but tailored for dental clinics. Our customers pay monthly and use our platform-as-a-service to manage and grow their businesses. Internally, we have multiple teams supporting customers (Sales, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, and Product). In Engineering, our focus is ensuring platform stability and evolution: architecture, scalability, integrations, and performance. You will join the Import & Export (I&E) team — a strategic Engineering squad directly involved in architecture and large-volume data processing during onboarding of new customers. The importance of this squad is directly tied to Clinicorp’s success, as this process enables us to migrate customers coming from other systems. In other words, this is a high-impact role within the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and implement complex corporate system solutions, ensuring performance, security, and scalability to support company growth. * Participate in application architecture and technical refinement of strategic requirements to ensure solution robustness. * Conduct code reviews and mentor less experienced developers to disseminate best practices and elevate the team’s technical maturity. * Identify technical bottlenecks and propose structural improvements to systems to increase efficiency and reduce failures. * Monitor market technology trends to suggest innovations and modernizations for company applications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Required Knowledge** * Proven experience defining and evolving robust, sustainable architectures aligned with business needs; * Demonstrated ability to design and implement systems focused on performance, availability, and security; * Proficiency in Node.js; * Experience with data transformation workflows (ETL); * Desired experience with promises and data streams; * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including managed services and cloud-native practices; * Consistent engagement in team development through technical guidance, code reviews, and dissemination of best practices; * Maturity to evaluate trade-offs and responsibly lead architectural decisions; * Ability to operate effectively within existing systems, promoting continuous evolution and gradual modernization. * **Desired Knowledge** * Advanced automated testing: expertise in testing strategies and practices across different levels (unit, integration, contract); * Microservices and containers: experience with distributed architecture and technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; * Product-oriented mindset: ability to understand how technical decisions impact business outcomes and objectives; * Clear and pragmatic communication: aptitude to collaborate objectively, align expectations, and facilitate execution. **Additional Information** And what benefits will you receive as a Clinicorper under CLT?
