Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer to join our strategic Import & Export squad, focused on architecture and large-scale data processing to ensure successful onboarding of new customers. Internally, we have multiple customer-facing departments (Sales, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, and Product). In Engineering, our focus is ensuring platform stability and evolution: architecture, scalability, integrations, and performance. You will join the Import \& Export (I\&E) team — a strategic Engineering squad directly responsible for architecture and large-volume data processing during new customer onboarding. This squad’s importance is directly tied to Clinicorp’s success, as this process enables migration of customers from other systems. In short, it’s a high-impact role within the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and implement complex solutions in enterprise systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability to support company growth. * Contribute to application architecture and technical refinement of strategic initiatives to ensure solution robustness. * Conduct code reviews and mentor less-experienced developers to disseminate best practices and elevate the team’s technical maturity. * Identify technical bottlenecks and propose structural system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce failures. * Monitor evolving market technologies to suggest innovations and modernizations for company applications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Required Skills** * Proven experience defining and evolving robust, sustainable architectures aligned with business needs; * Demonstrated ability to design and implement systems focused on performance, availability, and security; * Proficiency in Node.js; * Experience with data transformation workflows (ETL); * Desired experience with Promises and data streams; * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including managed services and cloud-native practices; * Consistent engagement in team development through technical guidance, code reviews, and dissemination of best practices; * Maturity to evaluate trade-offs and responsibly lead architectural decisions; * Ability to operate within existing systems, driving continuous evolution and gradual modernization. * **Desired Skills** * Advanced automated testing: expertise in testing strategies and practices across levels (unit, integration, contract); * Microservices and containers: experience with distributed architecture and technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; * Product-oriented mindset: ability to understand how technical decisions affect business outcomes and objectives; * Clear and pragmatic communication: aptitude to collaborate objectively, align expectations, and facilitate execution. **Additional Information** What benefits will you receive as a Clinicorper under CLT?
