Promote a corporate culture of security and privacy The Information Security Coordinator is the leader responsible for ensuring continuous protection of the organization's digital assets, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate information in an ever-evolving business environment. Acts as the guardian of the security posture, driving strategic, operational, and cultural initiatives that strengthen the company's cyber resilience. This role's mission is to anticipate risks, neutralize threats, sustain security governance, and enable business growth with confidence—fostering a secure, efficient, and regulatory-compliant technological ecosystem. The professional must integrate technology, processes, and people, leading teams, advising executives, and influencing cross-functional areas so that security becomes a cross-cutting pillar of the organization. Also responsible for orchestrating awareness programs, managing critical incidents, ensuring control maturity, and continuously evolving the cybersecurity strategy aligned with the technology roadmap and corporate planning. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the corporate information security strategy, defining priorities, action plans, maturity goals, and the cybersecurity controls evolution roadmap. * Manage security risks and regulatory compliance, conducting periodic assessments, mapping emerging threats, and ensuring adherence to internal policies, ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD, and other applicable requirements. * Coordinate the incident response process, including triage, analysis, containment, remediation, executive communication, and post\-incident activities (lessons learned). * Supervise and enhance security technologies such as EDR/XDR, Firewalls, WAF, IAM/PAM, SIEM/SOAR, DLP, SASE, among others, ensuring performance, updates, and strategic alignment. * Conduct security governance, maintaining KPIs, executive reports, risk dashboards, adherence to internal/external audits, and document management (policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines). * Lead internal teams and specialized partners, distributing tasks, training professionals, monitoring SLA/OLA, and ensuring service excellence. * Promote a corporate culture of security and privacy by structuring continuous awareness programs, campaigns, trainings, and simulations (e.g., phishing, tabletop exercises). * Support corporate projects and strategic initiatives by assessing risks, defining security requirements, participating in architecture committees, and ensuring solutions meet security standards from the design phase (security by design). **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Degree in technology-related fields: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar. * Proven experience in audit processes, information security projects, and postgraduate studies in information security.
