Description: * Completed technical education in mechanics, electromechanics or related fields. * Proven experience in the role. * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance activities on company equipment of low complexity, and assist in preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance activities on equipment of medium and high complexity, as well as machine overhauls and new installations, following established maintenance plans to ensure proper operation and performance of machines and equipment. * Read, interpret and diagnose defects using diagrams, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation of equipment, disassembling, repairing, assembling, welding, lubricating, testing and/or replacing mechanical components when necessary, aiming to apply appropriate corrections to eliminate failures and production line stoppages. * Perform predictive, preventive mechanical maintenance and equipment overhaul through periodic inspections, checking the condition of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic components and lubrication systems, carrying out necessary replacements according to plan, in order to ensure proper equipment availability. * Receive maintenance orders, evaluate the service, plan and provide all resources required for execution. * Plan and carry out preventive maintenance according to opportunity or schedule. * Report recurring and/or critical issues to immediate supervisor. * Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery. * Monitor and/or perform the fabrication of parts and components used in maintenance. * Collaborate in promoting improvements and modifications to machines, equipment, devices and mechanical installations. * Report working hours and activities performed according to the maintenance management system. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools under their responsibility, cleaning and preserving them for future use in perfect condition, as well as ensuring their own safety and that of other professionals. 2510180202231651189
