We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Key responsibilities:** * Support the immediate supervisor in planning and executing operational routines, ensuring established goals and deadlines are met to guarantee process efficiency and alignment of activities with the company’s strategic objectives. * Inspect organization and maintenance of department areas and equipment, reporting maintenance needs or adjustments required to help maintain a functional and safe working environment for the team. * Assist in inventory and stocktaking management by participating in counting, organizing, and storing products, ensuring application of the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method and recording daily stock adjustments and losses in the department to ensure data accuracy, prevent waste, and maintain appropriate merchandise flow. * Keep the sales area clean, organized, and correctly priced, with all products displayed according to quality standards and the layout defined by the company. * Monitor and guide proper product storage from receipt onward, overseeing the team’s execution of this process, checking packaging integrity, advising on category-based segregation, and ensuring appropriate temperature conditions and organization per internal standards. * Verify correct pricing and display of products in the sales area, ensuring labels, signage, information, and layout are up-to-date and aligned with commercial guidelines and defined planograms, thereby ensuring clarity for customers and compliance with company standards. * Use and monitor correct usage of PPE by the team, promoting best practices in workplace safety to foster a safe environment and prevent accidents. * Perform other related tasks as needed or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Knowledge or experience in the produce sector will be considered an advantage. #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * College tuition assistance; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Career progression; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program;
