We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main responsibilities:** * Support the immediate supervisor in planning and executing operational routines, ensuring established goals and deadlines are met, to guarantee process efficiency and alignment of activities with the company’s strategic objectives; * Support inventory and stock control, assisting in counting, organizing, and storing raw materials; guiding implementation of the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) method; and ensuring organization to prevent waste and maintain proper merchandise flow; * Verify product quality, manufacturing standards (e.g., texture, flavor, appearance), expiration dates, and presentation, ensuring the company’s food safety and quality standards; * Guide and support the team in technical development, promoting best practices in daily activities, providing timely feedback, encouraging adherence to internal standards, and strengthening team performance; * Implement actions for loss and waste control, identifying products at risk of spoilage, monitoring reuse of leftovers or surpluses in subproduct production (e.g., doughs, breads, desserts), and proposing preventive actions to leadership to minimize waste, optimize raw material usage, and contribute to departmental sustainability; * Support the team in executing operational tasks, encouraging collaboration and specific bakery product handling techniques—such as dough shaping, equipment operation, and customer service—to strengthen team performance, improve engagement, and ensure high-quality customer service; * Serve customers by clarifying questions regarding products, ingredients, and promotions; greeting respectfully; using technical knowledge to answer inquiries; ensuring positive relationships, customer loyalty, and a pleasant shopping experience; * Guide and supervise the team responsible for packaging and pricing, ensuring prices, traceability, and nutritional labeling on products are updated per guidelines, guaranteeing accuracy of information for customers and alignment with company policies; * Support shift scheduling, timekeeping control, and submission of training and administrative process information, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with internal company policies; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Knowledge or experience in the bakery sector will be an advantage. #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * College tuition assistance; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Career progression; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program; * SESC membership; * Psychological counseling; * Telemedicine; * Shopping discounts.
