This position is ideal for professionals seeking to work in a structured corporate environment, performing infrastructure, technical support, hardware, software, and network-related tasks. **Education requirements:** * Completed technical course or currently pursuing a higher education degree in IT. **Experience requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support; * Knowledge of hardware maintenance and software configuration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Main responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and IT equipment; * Provide technical support for operating systems, applications, and corporate software; * Perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance; * Configure networks, printers, digital certificates, and security features; * Perform backups, file recovery, and system updates; * Support network infrastructure, structured cabling, and telephony; * Monitor servers, services, network links, and equipment using CELESC's tools; * Provide user support, logging and resolving incidents. ✨ **What we expect from you:** * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Agility and commitment; **What we offer:** Salary: R$ 3\.115,00 Meal allowance: R$ 31.00 per working day Transportation allowance Life insurance GoGood Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Desired education: Information Technology, Higher Education Willingness to travel
