Job Summary: A professional to oversee and supervise daily activities on high-end residential construction sites, ensuring technical compliance and execution control. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor material usage and resolve execution deviations **Job Description:** Daily supervision of construction site activities. Supervise execution services and contractors to ensure technical compliance. Control the execution of structural, electrical, and hydraulic phases in accordance with project plans and schedules. Complete and maintain the construction diary and technical reports up to date. Support the planning department with physical progress information of the construction project. Participate in procurement and contracting processes jointly with the technical department. Monitor material and equipment usage to ensure efficiency and cost control. Identify and resolve non-conformities and execution deviations. Maintain constant communication with procurement, planning, and technical management departments. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (active CREA registration). Proven experience in construction projects (preferably medium- or high-end). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (structural, electrical, and hydraulic). Proficiency in spreadsheets and construction control reports. Skills with software and tools \- Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, construction management ERP systems, Power BI – advantageous for monitoring and analyzing KPIs. Prior experience with cost control, measurements, and physical\-financial tracking is desirable. Residency in Balneário Camboriú or nearby areas. Personal means of transportation (car or motorcycle) required due to the construction site location in Camboriú. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, business hours.
