**Laboratórios Calbos, leader in the country's animal pharmaceutical market, hiring for Mafra/SC** **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation, washing and sanitization of rooms, equipment and packaging that have been or will be used in production. * Assist in loading and unloading the depyrogenation oven and autoclave, assist in the sanitization and sterilization of bottles, seals and stoppers. * Assist in the filling line for injectable medications, manual, automatic and ampoule (positioning stoppers and seals, feeding the machine with empty bottles and ampoules, removing filled, sealed and crimped bottles and ampoules). * Transport semi-finished products to correct destinations. * Support medication handling (lifting raw materials to mix in the tank). * Assist in the oral medication line, handling (lifting raw materials to mix in the tank, positioning caps to close the product and checking and correcting the filled volume using a scale). * Assist in the tablet medication line, handling (lifting raw materials to mix in the mixer and assisting in compression and coating). * Support weighing and transferring raw materials. * Assist in inspection and autoclaving of semi-processed product. * Take samples for submission to quality control.
