Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring hourly output rates, quality results, productivity, and performance, as well as leading the team toward excellence in manufacturing sheets and bent and painted components. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and organize a work team to achieve high performance and results. 2. Ensure delivery of quality, productivity, and performance targets. 3. Optimize cycle time and setup time for manufacturing activities. The Cooling Manufacturing area is the heart of metal transformation at the Itaiópolis unit, responsible for manufacturing sheets and bent and painted components that support the integrity of our refrigeration solutions. We operate from raw cutting and forming through to aesthetic and protective finishing (painting), ensuring continuous supply to assembly lines. Our objective is to maximize operational efficiency and final product reliability through rigorous quality indicators—surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and on-time delivery lead time adherence. We pursue productive excellence to ensure every delivered part becomes a competitive differentiator in our customers’ thermal performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities for this position include: * Ensuring hourly output rate delivery for production cells; * Ensuring delivery of quality, productivity, performance, and 3Q6S results; * Preparing/adjusting equipment, performing setups, identifying, and improving cycle times for activities; * Organizing and leading the work team, developing daily strategies aligned with each day’s challenges to enhance performance and deliver results. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory requirements for this position: * Completed technical diploma (with official certificate) and/or ongoing undergraduate degree (minimum 50% completed) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Machining, Toolmaking, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrotechnology, or related fields.
