Process optimization to reduce costs and increase productivity The company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in São Bento do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate, plan, and supervise logistics activities in commercial and distribution operations for the construction industry. Lead the logistics team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Track logistics results and KPIs, driving process improvements. Manage warehousing, shipping, and distribution processes to ensure operational efficiency. Identify optimization opportunities and propose solutions to reduce costs and improve productivity. Ensure on-time delivery and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. Maintain inventory organization and control to prevent losses and discrepancies. Support team training and development to ensure continuous capability building. Comply with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Supervisor, Logistics Planning Analyst, or Transportation Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
