Job Summary: Responsible for inspecting fleet vehicles, identifying maintenance needs, completing reports, ensuring safety, and supporting yard organization. Key Highlights: 1. Perform daily vehicle fleet checklists and inspections 2. Ensure truck safety and proper operation 3. Support yard organization and fleet control **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform daily checklist on fleet vehicles before trips; * Inspect general conditions of trucks and trailers, verifying safety and operational items; * Identify and record damages, irregularities, and maintenance requirements; * Complete inspection reports and logs; * Monitor mandatory vehicle and equipment documentation; * Release vehicles fit for operation per company standards; * Report pending issues to maintenance and operations departments; * Assist in tire, equipment, and vehicle accessory control; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures; * Support yard organization and fleet entry/exit control. **Desired Profile:** * Attention to detail and organizational skills; * Good communication and sense of responsibility; * Agility and commitment; * Basic knowledge of heavy vehicles is a plus; * Proficiency in filling out logs and using systems.
