ArcelorMittal Tuper focuses on building a collaborative environment based on **respect, ethics, and transparency.** Our core purpose is to inspire people to create surprising solutions. **Join us!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Support market analysis and benchmarking, identifying opportunities for applying new technologies, automation, and digital solutions to improve products, processes, and industrial equipment—aiming for the company’s continuous development and increased generation of new business. * Support project management by monitoring schedules, costs, risks, KPIs, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to the company’s adopted project management methodologies. * Participate in the technical qualification of suppliers of components, automated systems, software, industrial equipment, and service providers involved in production stages and projects. * Contribute to the development, standardization, and improvement of procedures, standards, routines, and work practices—with emphasis on operational efficiency, process automation, and best practices in project management. * Support the development and delivery of training and capacity-building initiatives, especially related to processes, project management tools, automation, and industrial technologies—ensuring retention of organizational know\-how. * Prepare technical and managerial reports, dashboards, and presentations, ensuring proper documentation, analysis, and dissemination of project and process information. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs), monitor processes and projects, and drive continuous improvement, productivity gains, routine automation, and cost reduction. * Participate in risk assessment and diagnosis for projects and processes from an Engineering and Project Management perspective, proposing preventive and corrective actions. * Support investigations into customer complaints, identifying root causes, impacts, scope, and solutions—integrating technical and project management analyses. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirement:** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Production, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering—or related fields. **Desirable:** -------------- * Microsoft Office suite * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams * Problem-solving focus and attention to detail **Additional information** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * Free transportation allowance. * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR). * Unimed health plan for employees and dependents. * Dental plan for employees and dependents. * On-site cafeteria. * Life insurance. * Eyeglass lens reimbursement. * Birth gift benefit. * Wedding gift benefit. * Recreational association. * Career development path. **Join our team!** We are a global company and world leader in steel production, present in 155 countries with over 157,000 people building the future every day.
