Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and upholstering furniture, ensuring quality and finish according to company standards. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to detail and manual dexterity for finishing Work Location: São Bento do Sul/SC Neighborhood: Serra Alta \| Rio Vermelho Main Responsibilities: * Prepare chair frames by applying webbing, springs, or base foams. * Upholstering: Apply fabrics, leathers, or synthetic materials over foam, ensuring proper stretching to avoid wrinkles or asymmetries. * Use pneumatic tools (industrial staplers) and manual tools to secure upholstery to the frame. * Perform finishing touches, including button attachment, piping, hand stitching, and application of bottom linings. * Interpret production orders and technical sheets to ensure the model, fabric, and foam match the order. * Inspect the final product to ensure it is defect-free, clean, and meets company standards. * Keep tools (staplers, scissors, machines) organized and clean. * And other related duties. Requirements: * Prior experience in this role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry. * Proficiency in operating pneumatic staplers and cutting tools. * Technical knowledge of foam types (densities) and fabrics. * Ability to read blueprints and measurements. * Residency in the vicinity. * Availability to start immediately. * Attention to detail. * Manual agility and dexterity.
