The person in this position will have the following key responsibilities: * Ensure implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program at the unit (based on TPM methodology) * Promote methodology training for strategic, tactical, and operational audiences * Manage third-party activities (consulting) * Act as method guardian, auditing and ensuring application * Develop and ensure timely execution of the implementation plan * Promote integration of pillar practices with the unit’s routine management * Support implementation of the Superar Model (Digitalization, standardization of tools and practices) * Ensure technical governance of the program, acting in coordination and facilitation of program initiatives * Support development and dissemination of Continuous Improvement culture * Ensure program sustainability through performance and environmental indicators * Support change management **Requirements for this challenge:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering * Experience implementing TPM or WCM methodology * Certification as TPM instructor or facilitator * Experience working with Continuous Improvement pillars * Communication and cross-organizational alignment skills * Intermediate/Advanced Office suite proficiency * Power BI / KPIs * Experience in similar Continuous Improvement programs * SAP experience * Willingness to work in Rio Negro/PR **Desirable qualifications:** * Green or Black Belt certification or related methodologies * Postgraduate degree in Production, Quality, or Project Management. **.** ----- * Start applying via LinkedIn * * Begin * **Please wait...**
