Monitor machine stoppages, material requisition orders, and machine downtime in coordination with production, providing appropriate support to ensure on-time deliveries. 2\. Generate manufacturing orders for finished and semi-finished products. 3\. Dispatch order picking instructions to shipping and warehousing departments, and track order picking progress with the shipping department. 4\. Develop detailed production schedules, considering resource capacity, raw material availability, and delivery deadlines. Ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. 5\. Monitor and control production progress against established plans. Identify deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure production goals are met on time and within budget. 6\. Collaborate with the procurement department to maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring availability to meet customer demand. 7\. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma programs, to foster a culture of operational excellence and innovation. 8\. Collaborate closely with other departments—including sales, procurement, quality, and engineering—to ensure efficient integration of PPCP activities with other company functions. 9\. Prepare performance reports and follow-ups, including departmental expenses and area-specific processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in PPCP roles within metal-mechanical or similar industries.
