Job Summary:
Coordinate academic and administrative e-learning activities, including team management, process development, partnership strategies, and participation in e-learning system methodology.

**Overview:**
Coordinate e-learning area activities to which you are assigned, both academically and administratively.
**Responsibilities:**
Develop and deliver training to staff members assigned to your department.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative performance monitoring of your team members.
Perform screening, recruitment, hiring, termination procedures, and maintain registration records for your team.
Organize team member allocation based on student count X course X physical space X learning center.
Create and publish schedules, disseminating work hours of your team members.
Provide online guidance to tutors, learning center managers, and content developers. Recruit, organize, and structure your team.
Develop workflow processes and adapt internal team activities.
Structure your team and create organizational charts, flowcharts, and other administrative routines.
Produce documents, reports, presentations, and control spreadsheets to assist management in process oversight.
Design strategies for negotiation with partners across various fields.
Participate in drafting and adapting partnership contracts and related documents per MEC regulations.
Coordinate with marketing, training, and other relevant departments involved in the process.
Assist in designing and implementing e-learning system methodologies.
Supervise tasks, research, and spreadsheet production within the team.
Set deadlines and priorities for routines according to immediate or non-immediate needs.
**Requirements:**
Completed undergraduate degree (Bachelor's or Teacher Training). A specialization or master’s degree is considered an advantage.
