Foreign Trade Analyst

**Job Description:** We are seeking a professional with solid procurement experience to operate in both domestic and international markets, conducting strategic negotiations and acquisitions of products and services. The professional will be responsible for managing national and international procurement processes, supporting the company's import and export operations. We seek an analytical, organized individual with attention to detail and knowledge of customs and logistics processes. A completed or ongoing degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or International Relations will be considered a plus. Proficiency in English is an important advantage for communication with international suppliers; however, candidates with basic English skills who are actively improving their language proficiency will also be considered. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct procurement in domestic and international markets; * Negotiate with domestic and foreign suppliers; * Assist with import and export documentation and procedures; * Obtain international and domestic freight quotations; * Monitor customs clearance and delivery timelines; * Maintain contact with suppliers, customs brokers, and freight carriers; * Complete and maintain reports and cost controls related to operations; * Ensure compliance with foreign trade regulations and standards; * Support cost, timeline, and commercial condition analysis. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in procurement (mandatory); * Experience in international procurement is a plus; * Knowledge of customs legislation and logistics processes; * English proficiency is a plus (basic level acceptable); * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; * Organized, proactive profile with strong negotiation skills.
