This professional guides other technician levels (Jr. and PL). The role requires autonomy, familiarity with assignment-specific requirements, and comprehensive knowledge of all types of tests performed on LBU transformers. This is a fully on-site position located in Blumenau/SC. **How you will make an impact:** * Plan, guide, and execute routine, type, and special tests for all product types according to test plans in cooperation with operators, assistants, or other resources, preparing test reports in accordance with applicable standard(s) for the tested product.\+C12:G22 * Address and guide planned laboratory test demands, suggesting recovery plans by defining priorities jointly with management, exploring possibilities such as increased working hours, new shifts, and other alternatives, meeting scheduling commitments with emphasis on client-scheduled tests, and daily tracking and reporting of completed volume (planned vs. actual). * Comply with standards and procedures, guiding and performing physical-chemical tests on insulating liquids as well as other standardized tests. * Report any deviations identified during test execution to production and technical departments, cooperating in problem resolution, and supporting Laboratory Specialists to identify and recommend solutions related to product non-conformities. * Plan, guide, clarify doubts, and conduct final inspections on tested transformers according to drawings, specifications, and other project parameters. * Maintain up-to-date monthly production entries in the company’s SAP management system, updating information on tested products to ensure traceability of data and results, while complying with pre-established work instructions and internal procedures. * Support the Quality department by guiding less experienced technicians to open and subsequently cancel QM notifications (quality non-conformities) in the SAP system, as well as log customer complaints (CCRPs issuance), in accordance with standards, work instructions, and pre-established procedures. * Focus on Total Quality (product, deadlines, delivery, internal and external customer service), and coordinate and communicate maintenance activity requirements related to laboratory equipment and tools. * Provide support to external certification auditors/inspectors during testing activities for ABB products or external products for customers conducted within the laboratory area. * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education. * Knowledge of laboratory circuits and applicable standards. * Tools and methodologies for Process and Quality Control. * Intermediate English (Desirable) **Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
