Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to assist with customer installation and maintenance, and fiber optic network repair, safeguarding company assets and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you enjoy technology, like visiting new locations during technical visits, have experience in telecommunications or are eager to learn, please submit your resume! **This and all other posted positions are open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with customer installation; * Assist with customer maintenance; * Accompany preventive network maintenance when required; * Assist with fiber optic network repair; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use network measurement tools; * Provide support and safety to technicians using PPE; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer phone calls; * Contact customers by phone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and maintain an organized workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Electrical networks; Computer literacy; Computer networking. **Education:** Completed high school. **Requirement:** Valid driver's license class B. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM — Tuesday through Saturday. **On-site opportunity in São Bento do Sul/SC.** Since 1997, we have centered our operations around the customer, delivering telecommunications solutions for households, businesses, and government entities.
