Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for attending to customers, analyzing files, resolving technical inquiries, and collaborating in the continuous improvement of customer service processes. Active collaboration in the continuous improvement of customer service processes. **Job Description:** Provide customer service via WhatsApp, email, website form, and telephone, ensuring courtesy, clarity, and accuracy of information; Analyze files submitted by customers, evaluating technical quality, graphic standards, and compliance with templates, advising on necessary adjustments; Resolve pre- and post-purchase technical inquiries, ensuring optimal customer experience; Record customer interactions, incidents, and service activities in internal systems and CRM, keeping the history consistently updated; Monitor support tickets, track pending items, and route requests to responsible departments, ensuring timely responses within established deadlines; Support the Customer Relationship team in administrative routines, operational controls, and departmental performance indicators; Assist in gathering data and information for analyses and reports, contributing to decision-making; Actively collaborate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes, suggesting adjustments and best practices; Participate in internal training sessions and alignment meetings to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. **Requirements:** Previous experience in customer service; Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, Hubspot, Octadesk or similar); Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
