Your Typical Day: * Preparation of financial statements; * Audit monitoring; * Monitoring and validation of accounting closing; * Monitoring and validation of tax closing; * Guidance on team queries; * Training, development, and talent retention; * Execution and monitoring of management rituals, including: Ponto, PDI (Individual Development Plan), 1:1 (individual meetings), Acessória, Turim.
