Manage control of company products and raw materials.
**Experience:**
Proven work experience as Warehouse Clerk, Warehouse Assistant, or Warehouse Assistant Officer documented in the Work Record Book (Carteira de Trabalho)
**Knowledge**
Full Microsoft Office Suite | Electronic Invoice (Nota Fiscal)
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Receive, store, distribute, record, and conduct inventory of raw materials and merchandise acquired or produced by the company;
Respond to material requests, receive products, verify specifications and quantities, and store them in designated areas;
Dispatch materials to construction sites, package materials if required, load vehicles, and update material records accordingly;
Monitor materials throughout all stages—receipt, storage, and allocation for use—to ensure optimized and effective processes;
Define delivery routes for drivers;
Maintain workplace order and cleanliness, ensuring proper stock organization;
Conduct periodic physical counts of stored materials for inventory control and subsequent accounting purposes;
Comply with Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures applicable to the position.
