Then apply now for the **Demand Planning Analyst** opportunity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Leading the S&OP Cycle:** Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings (demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP), ensuring adherence to schedule and participation from all relevant departments. * **Demand Analysis and Forecasting:** Consolidate demand inputs (statistical forecast, Sales/Commercial, and Marketing), identify gaps and inconsistencies, and generate the Consolidated Demand Forecast. * **Supply and Capacity Planning:** Translate approved demand into production and/or procurement plans, evaluating production capacity, raw material availability, and operational constraints. * **KPI Management:** Monitor and report key S&OP KPIs, including: Forecast Accuracy, Stockouts, Inventory Levels, and OTIF (On-Time, In-Full). * **Inventory Management:** Propose and monitor safety stock levels, balancing customer service requirements with working capital efficiency. * **Communication and Alignment:** Serve as the single point of contact for communication among Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistics, and Finance, ensuring operational plans align with the company’s financial and strategic goals. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to optimize S&OP processes and tools, enhancing efficiency and forecast accuracy. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain (preferred); * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with Qlik Sense is desirable. **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
