We seek a proactive, curious, and motivated individual to join our **Continuous Improvement** team. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply **Lean methodologies** and **digital solutions**, making tangible contributions to process enhancement and management efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Assist in internal process analysis and mapping. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions. * Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies. * Collaborate on improvement initiatives across various company departments. * Prepare reports and presentations on improvement initiative outcomes. Duties: * Support implementation of continuous improvement tools. * Participate in team meetings and training workshops. * Assist in developing process and procedure documentation. * Contribute to fostering a continuous improvement culture within the company. * Develop internal communication materials for Lean initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program: Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields; * Availability for 6h or 8h daily on-site internship in Brusque/SC; * Minimum commitment of 1 year for the internship; **You Stand Out With:** * Basic knowledge of Lean methodologies and data analysis tools; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Internship stipend; On-site meals; Transportation allowance; Outpatient medical care and medication reimbursement; Dental plan; Housing support for candidates from other cities; Access to training and development programs; Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
