Support for continuous improvement in maintenance processes **JOB OPENING:** Electromechanical Technician / Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician Ruptiva Intelligent Recruitment is conducting the selection process for an industrial-sector company seeking a professional with experience in electrical and electromechanical maintenance, possessing a technical, organized profile and commitment to safety. **Location:** Guaramirim/SC **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Salary:** To be negotiated. Please indicate your salary expectation. **Commute Note:** We accept candidates from neighboring cities or nearby regions, provided they have their own transportation to commute to the company. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and electromechanical equipment; carry out assembly, installation, and adjustment of industrial electrical systems; interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical projects; identify failures and propose efficient technical solutions. Also conduct operational and performance testing of machines and equipment; fulfill service orders according to deadlines and priorities; ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; and support continuous improvement in maintenance processes. **Requirements:** Completed technical course in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or related fields; Relevant work experience, preferably in an industrial environment; Knowledge of electrical control systems, and ability to read and interpret diagrams; Knowledge of motor maintenance, electrical panels, and drive systems; Valid NR-10 certification (mandatory); NR-35 certification will be considered a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** Basic knowledge of industrial automation; Experience with PLCs and frequency inverters; Experience in metallurgical or similar industries; Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. **Desired Profile:** We seek a proactive, organized professional with a sense of urgency, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, commitment to safety, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits:** On-site meals with only R$ 20.00 monthly fee; Dental plan fully covered by the company for the employee; Levmed health insurance plan with 70% of the monthly premium covered by the company; Attendance bonus of R$ 120.00; Birthday bonus of R$ 200.00 as a gift card issued in the employee's birth month.
