The professional will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, scheduling meetings for the commercial team, and ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities. Main Responsibilities: **Active customer prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media;** Lead qualification and meeting scheduling for the sales team; **CRM updating and management with lead information;** Follow-up with potential customers to advance them through the sales funnel; **Market research and identification of new business opportunities. Requirements:** Prior experience in prospecting, sales, or customer service (preferred); **Strong verbal and written communication skills;** Negotiation and persuasive argumentation skills; **Organizational and disciplined approach to task and follow-up management;** Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (desirable).
