Develop real products with Python, AI, and automation We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to work on-site in Joinville/SC, contributing to the evolution of applications, integrations, automations, and AI-driven solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, building APIs, working with AWS cloud infrastructure, and modern Python development. You will join a technical team with opportunities to contribute to architecture decisions, improvements, and new solutions. Responsibilities * Develop and enhance applications using Python and Django * Design, integrate, and maintain APIs and internal services * Perform Full Stack development of systems and platforms * Build automations to optimize internal processes * Develop AI-powered integrations, including LLMs and RAG architectures * Work with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, and RDS) * Participate in technical design and architectural evolution of systems * Develop dashboards and data visualization solutions * Perform web scraping for data collection and processing when necessary * Ensure application performance, quality, and scalability * Collaborate with the team on continuous product improvement Required Qualifications * Experience in Python development * Experience with Django or similar frameworks * Experience with APIs and integrations * Knowledge of Full Stack development * Experience with relational databases * Knowledge of Docker * Experience with AWS, especially EC2, S3, and RDS * Experience in process automation * Familiarity with software architecture and development best practices Work Model * On-site * North Zone — Joinville/SC * CLT or PJ employment contract We are currently discussing salary expectations.
