




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, controlling, and scheduling production and supply activities, ensuring inventory organization and material accuracy, as well as developing and implementing PCP processes. Cross-functional collaboration for optimization **Description:** ---------------- Responsible for planning, controlling, and scheduling production and supply (raw materials and other inputs) according to internal orders. Also responsible for managing material inflow and outflow, ensuring inventory organization. Control material inventory to prevent production interruptions due to material shortages. Receive, evaluate, question, and respond to production order information regarding stock availability, manufacturing capacity, and production lead times. Ensure inventory accuracy meets external audit standards. Support other company departments regarding inventory accuracy and requirements for cycle stock and safety stock. Develop and implement the PCP function based on product structures. Define process methodologies for WMS and future structured MRP. Establish metrics and KPIs to support area management. Propose and implement corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions. Calculate material procurement requirements. Conduct inventory processes. Interact with other departments such as Sales, Quality, Production, R&D, Procurement, Importation, and Finance to align processes and actions. **Requirements:** ----------------- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Required Experience: Minimum 4 years working in PCP, Inventory, or similar roles. Routine Contacts/Communication: Executive Management, Department Leaders, Internal Team, Clients, and Suppliers. Languages: English proficiency is desirable and considered a plus.
