Contribution to continuing education and health promotion **Clinical Nurse – Hemodialysis** **Job Description:** Provide direct care for chronic renal patients, ensuring safety, quality, and humanized service. Responsible for performing and supervising nursing routines in the hemodialysis unit, monitoring complications, conducting SAE (Nursing Care Systematization), supporting procedures, and coordinating and guiding the nursing team. Also contribute to continuing education initiatives, health promotion, internal audits, indicator monitoring, equipment supervision, and compliance with technical, administrative, and biosafety standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active registration at COREN * Specialization in Nephrology preferred * Knowledge of people management and conflict resolution **Desired Competencies:** Leadership, empathy, strong communication skills, organization, planning, critical thinking, initiative, and ability to deliver humanized care and work effectively in a team.
