Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating and monitoring linen washing and drying equipment, ensuring process quality and equipment maintenance, as well as participating in accident prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Operating washing and drying equipment 2. Monitoring and controlling processes 3. Accident prevention and first-level maintenance Visually monitor linens on washing conveyors via the WSP system to ensure no linens are tangled, which could delay the washing process; Operate dryers using the WSP system, controlling optimal drying time and temperature while monitoring for possible process failures; Manually load extractors with linens properly sorted by size, type, and color to ensure superior washing quality; Visually verify dryer panel indicators to confirm drying completion, ensuring uniforms are sent to the folding department; Clean dryers and filters following first-level maintenance procedures. Perform tasks as defined in operational controls; Suggest improvements to operations related to the SGI. Participate in environmental and occupational health and safety accident prevention. Notify responsible personnel or direct supervisor for action and correction in cases of environmental or occupational health and safety incidents. Unload machines by placing linens onto carts and inspecting washing quality to ensure only usable items proceed to drying; Load linens into drying machines for drying prior to dispatch to the folding department; Load the washing tunnel with linens by manually removing them from carts and placing them onto the conveyor belt for washing; Manually load the extractor exclusively with special blankets, programming it according to linen type to avoid damage; Wash uniforms in the extractor, load machines, and program them according to the established IT for each client to correctly wash different uniform types.
