Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst to requisition supplies and equipment based on our company's needs. Responsibilities include researching new suppliers, tracking deliveries, and updating order records (e.g., dates, invoices, and discounts). If you are familiar with supply chain procedures and know how to create and interpret cost analyses, we would like to meet you. Essentially, your role will involve making cost-effective purchases and ensuring a fully stocked inventory. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing needs * Research potential suppliers * Monitor orders and ensure on-time deliveries * Update internal databases with order information (dates, suppliers, quantities, discounts) * Conduct market research to identify pricing trends * Evaluate supplier offers and negotiate best prices * Prepare cost analyses * Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts * Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or modify orders * Coordinate with warehouse/depot staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. **Requirements** * Professional experience in Purchasing or a similar role; * Solid understanding of supply chain procedures; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Market research knowledge; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (CLT) Benefits: * Health Insurance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Working Hours: * 8-hour shift Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical Assistance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
