It provides human resources solutions for diverse organizations. **Responsibilities:** Analysis of power electronic circuits, electrical installations, and support to internal and external customers via telephone, email, and chat. Problem analysis and configuration of monitoring and diagnostic software. Equipment warranty analysis. Remote assistance to partners for testing and defect diagnosis. Preparation of technical reports and procedures. Reporting issues for product improvement. Previous experience as Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Technical degree required.
