




**Job Description: Support Assistant I** -------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Provide first-level technical support to internal users; * Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, printers, and peripherals; * Identify and correct failures in physical and logical networks, escalating to specialized support when necessary; * Assist in the configuration and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks; * Perform installation and configuration of software and equipment, with registration in a control system; * Receive and log technical service requests, prioritizing and documenting actions taken; * Assist in controlling access to websites, e-mails, and other resources according to internal guidelines; * Support infrastructure and information security routines; * Participate in initiatives for continuous improvement and technological innovation within the area. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Completed technical course in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields, or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology; * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), Office suite, and computer maintenance; * Familiarity with networking concepts and user support (technical support); * Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail; * Proactivity, responsibility, and a continuous learning mindset.
