Maintaining workplace hygiene and organization Bakery seeks a Production Assistant in Teresina. **Responsibilities:** Directly handle bread dough, adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Assist in moulding (shaping) bread, ensuring correct shape, weight, and texture as specified in recipes. Operate and assist in operating bakery machinery (mixers, rollers, dividers, and moulders). Place bread onto baking trays and racks (grids/structures), ensuring organization and alignment. Support the pre\-moulding, weighing, and dividing processes of dough. Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assist in preparing and cleaning the production area before and after operations. Report any irregularities in the production process or machinery operation to supervisors. Strictly comply with food safety, personal hygiene, and PPE usage standards.
