Opportunity for growth in the commercial area **We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional to work in the commercial sector, responsible for identifying business opportunities and actively prospecting new clients for a company in the metallurgical sector.** The professional will be responsible for initiating relationships with potential clients, presenting the company's solutions, and qualifying opportunities for the commercial team. Main Responsibilities * Conduct active client prospecting via telephone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and professional networks. * Identify companies requiring industrial equipment, metal structures, or industrial solutions. * Qualify leads and identify commercial opportunities. * Schedule meetings and briefly present the company's solutions. * Update customer and opportunity information in the CRM. * Develop initial relationships with purchasing decision-makers (engineers, procurement officers, industrial managers, and rural producers). * Support the commercial team in developing new markets. Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Experience in commercial prospecting, telemarketing, or B2B sales is a plus. * Basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and social media). * Comfortable engaging with companies in the industrial, agribusiness, or construction sectors.
