To succeed in this role, you’ll need knowledge of data environments, SQL, storytelling, the ability to understand and deconstruct problems, and to propose solutions and suggest paths to improve user experience. This position will be responsible for analyzing metrics and variables related to user experience on the platform. On the team, you’ll have close interaction with Product teams both in Brazil and China—but you’ll also collaborate with other local teams such as Marketing, Operations, BI, etc. Role Responsibilities: * Designing tests to validate hypotheses; * Developing campaign strategies aimed at maximizing user conversion with high efficiency; * Analyzing data from a problem-solving perspective, delivering actionable insights; * Supporting the team in developing and maintaining OKRs and KPIs; * Proactively identifying and suggesting new opportunities, and challenging the status quo; * Positively impacting user experience and quality; * Proposing solutions to the team to enhance users’ platform experience; Role Qualifications: * Experience in Business Analysis; * Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in related fields (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.); * Hard Skills: programming, SQL, data-driven analytical skills, problem solving, narrative; * Experience in the 'Tech' industry is a plus; * Advanced English proficiency.
